We recommend that you start with the introductory video The four building blocks, which introduces the four building blocks and the structure of the course.
The ’Foundations track’ introduces the basic principles of business development and some essential business development tools. Once you have reviewed your business model at a conceptual level, we recommend returning to the organisational building block to prioritise your efforts.
If you want to further mature and test a business model later, we recommend the advanced track, which guides you in how to use testing and implementation tools.

The introduction to the ’Foundations track’ in the business building block corresponds to 1 full course day for 2 to 3 participants. Afterwards, you will continue working with the material over the following months.
