In this third episode we are talking about the Scuttlebutt project in general and their specific contribution to the European Next Generation Internet (NGI) program.

Scuttlebutt is a decentralised secure social network and gossip platform based on peer-to-peer messaging. The platform essentially passes the data from friend to friend without any central server, which means that all data is localised and distributed, enabling Scuttlebutt to work offline!
