The course material is structured around four key tasks – called building blocks – each containing a set of practical tools and methods. The focal point of the building blocks is risk assessment.
The four building blocks are:
Technical building block: You develop robust technical processes and IoT cybersecurity that match the risk assessment for all your IoT systems, products, and solutions.
Business building block: You develop a clear understanding of why it is crucial for the business to protect IoT solutions, and you consider the business opportunities in IoT security.
Quality building block: You apply relevant standards for IoT cybersecurity and focus on translating legislation and regulations into your own business context.
Organisation building block: You embed the responsibility for IoT cybersecurity as a shared task across the organisation, involving both employees and managers.
