The risk assessment process involves multiple steps that are suitable for workshops. The steps can be done in a single whole-day workshop or be broken into several smaller workshops. In either format, it is important to ensure participation from both the business / management and technical sides of the organisation.
Time estimate
The introduction to the ’Foundations track’ in the technical building block corresponds to 1 full course day for 2 to 3 participants. Afterwards, you will continue working with the material over the following months.
